Dating apps in Malta

Looking for my perfect match in Malta

I want to make friends in Malta, I want to be able to speak English, and hopefully I want to find a boyfriend😍 So I tried using dating apps in Malta.

I had been researching various dating apps at work in Japan, As a result of trying various dating apps, it became possible to determine whether the other person was suspicious by just exchanging texts several times. So I'm not afraid to use dating apps.

I think that the criteria for determining whether a person is suspicious is the same both in Japan and overseas.

Then, I introduce the dating apps that I used.

【Tinder】

play.google.com

Basically, I used the most famous dating app "Tinder" in the world.
The probability of matching is high and I actually met some people.
However, due to my language abilities, I couldn't meet up smoothly and the conversation dosen't continue. Unfortunately, some people didn't meet because our schedule didn't match, only exchanged texts. I made friends with some of the people I met on Tinder.
There are many suspicious people in Tinder, so I think it's necessary to be careful.

【Happn】

play.google.com

A Brazilian friend used an app called "happn" from France. If a man or a woman using this app passes each other on the road, they will be notified and create a chance to meet.
This app seems to be famous in Brazil. This app uses the GPS function. I didn't use this because I'm reluctant to use apps that use the GPS feature.

Tinder also uses the GPS function, but until about 10 months ago, I could use it without sending the current location information. Now, the app has been updated and I cannot connect unless I send the current location information.

【POF】

play.google.com

The app recommended by language school teachers is POF (Plenty of Fish) in Canada.
It seems that it is possible to search the other party by entering detailed search conditions.
The teacher said this app was famous in Malta and England. There is no Japanese version.
I tried to register, but there were a lot of input items, so I was troubled and dropped out.
I wouldn't have dropped out if my English level was high.

When I was using Tinder in Malta, I was surprised when a teacher who taught me POF appeared on the screen of my phone 😲 Of course I swiped right (= good)👍
The next day, I met the teacher at school, I told him "I was surprised when you came out. I swiped right." He said, "I haven't used it now. I registered it a long time ago." I'm sorry that we didn't match😢

In Malta, if you don't use these apps, but you enter the BAR in Paceville, talk to the person next to you, or talk to the person sitting next to you on the bus, you'll meet. There are also MeetUP events in Malta. If you want to meet, opportunities are everywhere.
For people who are shy or who are not confident in their language skills, the hurdles may be higher😅

This blog does not recommend the use of dating apps.
Please use your own responsibility when using the apps.
