Blackout while dyeing my hair

I go to a beauty salon every month to dye my hair. I'm clumsy so I can't do it myself.
I was wondering whether to dye my hair in Malta because I would stay in Malta for over a month. Before going to Malta, I asked my beautician for advice.
He said, "When dyed overseas, the same color as in Japan does not appear. The dyes are different from Japan and do not always match the hair quality of Japanese people. It will be difficult to convey the nuances of color to the.”

What should I do?
I got to know a person who is familiar with Malta, and she introduced me to a Japanese hairdresser living in Malta! Usually, this hairdresser was not working at a hair salon, not opening a hair salon, and was doing another job. I was lucky👍

I ordered the coffee, but "I can't make hot drinks because the coffee machine broke. I can serve iced soft drinks," she said. There were few choices. I ended up ordering a pretty package of cherry juice.

It's time to make a reservation and visit the hairdresser's home. There was no response when I pressed the intercom, so I called the beautician. Apparently the flat is out of power. I can't enter because the automatic door doesn't open.
The hairdresser came to pick me up at the entrance.

I thought that only the hairdresser's flat had a power outage, but all of Malta had a power outage. It was also found that the cause of being unable to drink hot coffee at the cafe was a power outage 💧 I don't know when the power outage will recover, but my hair dyeing has begun.

While dyeing my hair, I had a call from my flatmate to worry about me. "There is a power outage. Where are you? Are you OK?" My friend in Malta also contacted me. The beautician also was contacted by her friend and acquaintance.

After dyeing my hair, I got my hair washed, but the electricity didn’t come back 😢
Of course, I couldn’t use the dryer because there was a blackout, but I didn’t notice it.

I had the valuable experience of returning to my flat while my hair still wet 😂
The hairdresser's flat and my flat were good in the neighborhood.

Japanese who walks in a residential area at midday with wet hair. Those who passed me must have thought me strangely.

When I returned to my flat, there were a few residents at the entrance to the flat... It seemed like They had a hard time opening the door.

Our flats are all electronically authenticated, from EV rides, emergency staircase entrances, front doors and even your own room. If you do not enter the PIN, it will not open.

The emergency staircase door was open, so take the stairs to my flat on the top floor. The door of the emergency stairs said "Don’t close during a power outage." During the power outage, my room front door opened when I pressed my PIN😅

In the end, it took about 5 hours from the start of power outage to about 7 pm to recover. It was dark outside when electricity was restored.

My flatmate called the manager and confirmed various things.
When will it be restored? Does hot water come out? Can I take a shower? Wi-Fi won't connect! etc.
When the electricity was restored, we were happy to hug each other.

I think it rarely happens, but there are things like this.
Blackouts are common in Cebu, but what you will experience in Malta...

My experience value has been improved!!

Next time I will write about nail salon. Do not miss it😉
