Malta from a Japanese perspective

Go to a nail salon in Malta

I went to a nail salon in Malta💅

I go to the beauty salon every month in Japan. And I go to the nail salon once every three weeks to care for my nails. My nails grow quickly.

Since my nails grow in my stay in Malta for 5 weeks, I assumed that I would go to a nail salon once during my stay, so I was looking for a Maltese nail salon in Japan before going to Malta.

There are quite a few nail salons. However, there are few salons where you can do fine art like Japan. Maltese mainstream nail designs are simple designs like one color designs or French designs.

I use gel nails instead of manicure. The price of a simple gel nail design in Malta is about half the price in Japan.

I couldn't make a reservation, but I exchanged texts from WhatsApp with staff at the Company of Beauty Malta. Response was very quick and good. I would like to use it next time if I have a chance.

As a result of various searches, I made a reservation by going directly to the nail salon in Paceville, which can be walked from the school and flats.

I went on time on the day of the reservation.

However

The receptionist said, "Your manicurist is sick and she took a day off today. There is no another manicurist." The receptionist said he had called me in advance. But I didn't receive the call. Because the receptionist made a mistake in recording my phone number.

I was told by the receptionist, "Maybe it will be okay tomorrow, but would you like to make a reservation?" I rebooked the next day.

The next day, I went on time, but the receptionist said, "Today I have no manicurist."

I was canceled twice just before 😨

My gel nail was peeling off and stuck. My nails were overgrown and could injure me. And this week, I had a lot of schedules, and the schedule was changed more than this, so I really wanted to get nails done on this day.

I desperately explained to the receptionist that I wanted the receptionist to do gel nails today, but I was refused. "We will give you a discount ticket, so please come back, sorry."

I was really in trouble 😭
So I asked the receptionist, "Why don't you know a shop in this neighborhood that will do gel nails from now on?"
My English is poor, but I spoke desperately so that the reception and staff could understand it.

A few staff members looked for nail salons online, they asked the customers who were visiting them, and they were very supportive! Got powerful information from one of your customers!!! By the way, when I asked for a reservation call, I called immediately and was able to make a reservation safely. Thank you. I'm glad the friendly staff members😊

I thanked and went to another nail salon 👣
The nail salon that was introduced had a cheap price and provided tea service.

My nail design at that time was a unique design with gold leaf on the crash shell. The manicurist who saw this said, "I've never seen nails like this! Japanese technology is amazing! I want to study nails in Japan someday!!"

By the way, my manicurist was on the 10th day since I came to Malta from Italy. I think I grew a little because I had a little conversation in English.

It was canceled twice, but the result is all right!
But the last minute cancellation is messy😓

Next time, I will introduce some useful goods I bought in Malta. Do not miss it😉
