Do you know Malta ?
I first heard the name of this country over 20 years ago.
At the time, I worked in a company that inspects all ships and issues international certificates.
I was in the business of issuing international certificates.
Since I was a new employee, I was in charge of creating a certificate for the Panama ship registration, which is easy for beginners to create.
My senior was in charge of the Certificate of Malta flagship, which requires a high level of competence.
Computers were rare at the time, and the Internet was not yet in widespread use.
At that time, I wasn't interested in foreign countries, so I knew there was such a country, but I didn't look into it.
After that, I had forgotten about Malta all the time, but when I saw a TV program that introduced Malta in August 2016, I remembered that there was a country called "Malta". At the same time, I realized that it was a wonderful country. It was a very shocking moment!!!
